Offered as a full supplied and fitted package, this deal includes a bare engine shipped from Chadwell Heath, installation at our fitting centre, and delivery to site. Your vehicle's original ancillaries will be reused; replacements available if required. The pricing breakdown is: engine at £2195.00, delivery , and fitting at £800. an exclusive warranty covers the fitted unit, subject to supplier terms.

Here's your breakdown of the work carried out and the 6 Months /UNLIMITED miles Warranty which Covers you for Engine Internal Parts and Labour.

What does the remanufacture consist of?

1) The Engine is stripped to component level and put into a high-pressure parts cleanser at high temperature with abrasive chemicals removing all carbon deposits, debris and coking from previous failures returning the components to a “new” metal condition.

2) The Cylinder Block is Pressure Test and Or re-honed

3) Pistons and or Rings are changed

4) Connecting Rods are re-honed.

5) The Crankshaft is polished

6) The main and big-end bearings are replaced new.

7) The Cylinder Head is then stripped down and checked for wear, cracks and for trueness then pressure tested and resurfaced as necessary.

8) Valve guides are checked for wear and replaced as necessary

9) New/re-faced valves are lapped into the Cylinder-head and vacuum tested.

10) The Camshaft is checked for wear and re-polished if required.

11) Timing Chain Kit, / Timing belt kit are replaced Brand New

12) Complete New Head Gas Kit Set Replaced New

13) Complete New Bottom/Conversation Gas ket Set Replaced (NEW) Including Front and Rear Crankshaft Seal

14) The engine is then re assembled ,check oil pressure and engine compression tested ( Manually )

15) Recommended Engine Oil + Engine Oil Filter will be replaced (NEW)

We only use OEM high quality parts NO compromise on our parts as we provide high standard bare engine reconditioning service .

-All engines fitted in our own workshops

-Fast turnaround (Roughly 7-10 Working Days) Depending on the vehicle make and model (subject to the parts availability)

- We will keep you undated while working on your vehicle Via pictures, videos and phone calls

-Bare” engine no external or ancillaries’ parts included.

-Existing Engine must be in re serviceable conditioning.

-if any external or ancillary’s parts which is not included in our quote are beyond re serviceable /repair surcharge will be applicable

-Ancillaries Parts, Turbo Charger, Injectors, are NOT included in the price.

-Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block, Camshafts, Cam Carrier, Crankshaft, Conrods, Oil Pump must be in repairable / re serviceable conditioned.
