With a focus on brand new stock, we also supply rebuilt and used options. Our partners offer full fitting service, rapid UK delivery, and vehicle recovery. Warranty included for total confidence.
Supplier Notes
Full recovery, supply, and fitting service available via our Birmingham partner. You’ll receive a bare engine replacement, with ancillaries transferred from your existing unit. Replacements (if required) are billed separately. Engine price is £3000.00, delivery is , fitting costs £, and recovery is £250. an exclusive warranty is included post-installation.
Reconditioning consists of?
- Full Engine Inspection.
- The Engine is stripped to component level and Washed and cleansed.
- All Parts Stripped, Tested & Cleaned
- Piston Rings are changed
- Connecting Rods are re-honed.
- The main and big-end bearings are replaced.
- The Oil Pump is reconditioned (Charges apply, it needs to be Changed)
- The Cylinder Head is then stripped down and checked for wear, and cracks.
- Valve guides are checked for wear and replaced as necessary, and valve seats are cut.
- New/re-faced valves are lapped into the cylinder head and vacuum tested.
- The Camshaft is checked for wear.
- The Timing Chain Kit / Timing belt kit has completely changed.
- The engine is then reassembled with new gaskets and seals.
Note: Price is based on your serviceable exchange unit, including crank, head, and block. Replacement of them will be coming on top.
