This full-service package includes engine supply, fitting, and vehicle recovery. The engine is a bare unit — no ancillaries included — and existing components from your engine will be reused during installation. Damaged ancillaries may incur extra charges. Pricing includes £1850.00 for the engine, for delivery, £400 for fitting, and £590. The engine will be installed by our partner in Ilford, and the service is covered under an exclusive warranty.

Our Rebuild Process

We don’t just rebuild engines; we make sure they perform at their best long after the rebuild is completed. Our process includes:

• Weight-matching components for perfect balance.
• Blueprinting and balancing rotating assemblies to factory or performance specifications.
• Using only premium gaskets and sealants to ensure a leak-free, smooth-running engine.

Additionally, we offer specialised services such as block repairs, re-sleeving, and re-boring, all tailored to your specific needs.

What’s Included in Our Prices

Our rebuild packages include the following:

• Pressure testing and skimming of cylinder heads.
• Polishing of the crankshaft and camshaft(s).
• Full replacement of all gaskets, including head sets and bottom conversion sets.
• Installation of new components, including:
  • Valve stem seals
  • Oil seals
  • Mains and big-end bearings
  • Pistons and rings
  • Timing belt kit/chain kit
  • Oil pump and water pump
  • Oil and oil filter
