This package includes engine supply, fitting, and optional vehicle recovery. The engine comes as a bare unit, and fitting will reuse components from your current engine. Additional charges apply if any ancillaries are unusable. Charges: £1385.00 for the engine, for shipping, £500 for fitting, and £240. Fitting is done at our Ilford facility and includes an exclusive warranty.

Our Rebuild Process

We don’t just rebuild engines; we make sure they perform at their best long after the rebuild is completed. Our process includes:

• Weight-matching components for perfect balance.
• Blueprinting and balancing rotating assemblies to factory or performance specifications.
• Using only premium gaskets and sealants to ensure a leak-free, smooth-running engine.

Additionally, we offer specialised services such as block repairs, re-sleeving, and re-boring, all tailored to your specific needs.

What’s Included in Our Prices

Our rebuild packages include the following:

• Pressure testing and skimming of cylinder heads.
• Polishing of the crankshaft and camshaft(s).
• Full replacement of all gaskets, including head sets and bottom conversion sets.
• Installation of new components, including:
  • Valve stem seals
  • Oil seals
  • Mains and big-end bearings
  • Pistons and rings
  • Timing belt kit/chain kit
  • Oil pump and water pump
  • Oil and oil filter

Please note: All quotes are estimates based on a serviceable engine, and additional surcharges may apply if extra work is required.
