Supplier Notes

This is a supplied and fitted engine service, where we provide a bare replacement unit — no ancillaries are included. All existing ancillaries from your current engine will be reused during installation at our partner workshop in Chadwell heath. If any are damaged or non-functional, replacements will be offered at additional cost. The engine is priced at £2500, with delivery and professional fitting for £250. This full-service option comes with an exclusive warranty for added confidence.

Ancillaries Parts, Turbo Charger, Injectors, are NOT included in the price.
Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block, Camshafts, Cam Carrier, Crankshaft, Conrods, Oil Pump must be in repairable / re serviceable conditioned.

All external parts will be inspected by our qualified engineer.  

This is an estimated, no-obligation price quote for completing the job as described.
 
What does the remanufacture consist of?
 
1) The Engine is stripped to component level and put into a high-pressure parts cleanser at high temperature with abrasive chemicals removing all carbon deposits, debris and coking from previous failures returning the components to a “new” metal condition.
 
2) The Cylinder Block is re-honed and or re-bored.
 
3) Pistons and or Rings are changed
 
4) Connecting Rods are re-honed.
 
5) The Crankshaft is polished and/or regrind.
 
6) The main and big-end bearings are replaced new.
 
 
7) The Cylinder Head is then stripped down and checked for wear, cracks and for trueness then pressure tested and resurfaced as necessary.
 
8) Valve guides are checked for wear and replaced as necessary; valve seats are cut.
 
9) New/re-faced valves are lapped into the Cylinder-head and vacuum tested.
 
10) The Camshaft is checked for wear and re-polished if required.
 
11) Timing Chain Kit, / Timing belt kit are replaced Brand New
 
12) Complete New Head Gas Kit Set Replaced New
 
13) Complete New Bottom/Conversation Set Replaced (NEW) Including Front and Rear Crankshaft Seal
 
14) The engine is then reassembled with new gaskets and seals.
