Our Rebuild Process

We go above and beyond to ensure your engine operates smoothly post-rebuild. This includes:

• Weight-matching components for balance.

• Blueprinting and balancing rotating assemblies to factory or performance specifications.

• Using high-quality gaskets and sealants for a leak-free performance.

Additionally, we offer specialised services such as engine rebuilds, block repairs, re-sleeving, and re-boring, tailored to meet your specific needs.

What’s Included in Our Prices

Our rebuild packages include:

• Pressure testing and skimming of cylinder heads.

• Polishing of the crankshaft and camshaft(s).

• Full replacement of all gaskets, including head sets and bottom conversion sets.

• Installation of new components, including:

• Valve stem seals.

• Oil seals.

• Mains and big-end bearings.

• Pistons and rings.

• Timing belt kit/chain kit.

• Oil pump and water pump.

• Oil and oil filter.
