Offered as a full supplied and fitted package, this deal includes a bare engine shipped from Dagenham, installation at our fitting centre, and delivery to site. Your vehicle's original ancillaries will be reused; replacements available if required. The pricing breakdown is: engine at £2000, delivery , and fitting at £600. an exclusive warranty covers the fitted unit, subject to supplier terms.

Additional Work & Authorisation

The listed price is based on the assumption that you provide a serviceable exchange unit, which must include the crankshaft, cylinder head, and engine block. This price covers only the bare engine rebuild and is subject to change based on the condition of the provided unit and the existing auxiliary parts of your engine will be put back once the engine is rebuilt.

 Any additional parts required will be charged separately, but NO extra labour costs will be added during the rebuild. We will only go ahead if you give us authorisation.
You are welcome to visit our workshop for an in-person inspection.

Our Engine Rebuild Process

Step 1 Initial Diagnostics

Once your vehicle is in our workshop, we perform a computerised diagnostic test to check for any faults related to the engine or other auxiliary components.

A full diagnostic report can be provided upon request.

Step 2 Engine Removal & Inspection

The engine is removed and stripped down for a detailed assessment and diagnostics.

Turnaround Time

Estimated completion: 10 - 14 working days (Subject to parts availability).

Full Head Gasket Replacement
Cylinder Head Inspection, Pressure Testing & Resurfacing
New Timing Chain / Timing Belt Replacement

Reconditioned Oil Pump (Extra charge applies if replacement is required)
