Supplier Notes

Our supplied and fitted package provides a bare engine (no ancillaries), delivered for and fitted for £500 at our service point in Birmingham. Existing ancillaries from your vehicle will be reused. If replacements are necessary due to wear or damage, costs will be quoted separately. Total service is backed by an exclusive warranty from the supplier.

Reconditioning consists of?

• Full Engine Inspection.
•  The Engine is stripped to component level and Washed and cleansed.
•  All Parts Stripped, Tested & Cleaned
•  Piston Rings are changed
•  Connecting Rods are re-honed.
•  The main and big-end bearings are replaced.
•  The Oil Pump is reconditioned (Charges apply, it needs to be Changed)
•  The Cylinder Head is then stripped down and checked for wear, and cracks.
•  Valve guides are checked for wear and replaced as necessary, and valve seats are cut.
•  New/re-faced valves are lapped into the cylinder head and vacuum tested.
•  The Camshaft is checked for wear.
•  The Timing Chain Kit / Timing belt kit has completely changed.
•  The engine is then reassembled with new gaskets and seals.

Note: Price is based on your serviceable exchange unit, including crank, head, and block. Replacement of them will be coming on top.
