This is a supplied and fitted engine service, where we provide a bare replacement unit — no ancillaries are included. All existing ancillaries from your current engine will be reused during installation at our partner workshop in Grays. If any are damaged or non-functional, replacements will be offered at additional cost. The engine is priced at £1795.00, with delivery and professional fitting for £1000. This full-service option comes with an exclusive warranty for added confidence.

RECONDITIONING PROCESS
The following works are carried out as part of service provided:
• Engine is disassembled & each part cleaned thoroughly
• Crankshaft checked, reconditioned
• Engine block surfaced polished
• Timing Chain KIt will be Replaced
• Oil pumps replaced
• Cylinder head skimmed or replaced if necessary
• New OEM oil seals installed
• New OEM valve seals installed
• Valve seats machined
• Valve lapped to ensure a tight seal
• Block cylinders inspected for cracks
• Cylinders machined to factory specification
• New upgraded gas nitride ion piston rings fitted
• Connecting rods inspected & machined if necessary
• Crank shaft crack tested, ground & polished to specifications
• New OEM big end bearings fitted
• New OEM main bearings fitted
• New OEM spec Eristic head gasket fitted
• All bolts torqued to specification in accordance with Auto data
• Assembled units oil pressure tested
• Assembled units compression tested
