This is a supplied and fitted engine service, where we provide a bare replacement unit — no ancillaries are included. All existing ancillaries from your current engine will be reused during installation at our partner workshop in Ilford. If any are damaged or non-functional, replacements will be offered at additional cost. The engine is priced at £1250.00, with delivery and professional fitting for £450. This full-service option comes with an exclusive warranty for added confidence.

Our Rebuild Process

We don’t just rebuild engines; we make sure they perform at their best long after the rebuild is completed. Our process includes:

• Weight-matching components for perfect balance.
• Blueprinting and balancing rotating assemblies to factory or performance specifications.
• Using only premium gaskets and sealants to ensure a leak-free, smooth-running engine.

Additionally, we offer specialised services such as block repairs, re-sleeving, and re-boring, all tailored to your specific needs.

What’s Included in Our Prices

Our rebuild packages include the following:

• Pressure testing and skimming of cylinder heads.
• Polishing of the crankshaft and camshaft(s).
• Full replacement of all gaskets, including head sets and bottom conversion sets.
• Installation of new components, including:
  • Valve stem seals
  • Oil seals
  • Mains and big-end bearings
  • Pistons and rings
  • Timing belt kit/chain kit
  • Oil pump and water pump
  • Oil and oil filter
