Dear valued customer, We would like to formally confirm that we will undertake the reconditioning of your existing engine as a repairable unit for the specified cost of mentioend above . The service comes with a comprehensive six-month warranty covering both parts and labour. The anticipated completion time for this job is estimated to be within 2 to 3 weeks.

Engine Rebuild Process

1. Complete Engine Strip-Down:
   The engine is fully disassembled. All parts are cleaned in a high-pressure washer using hot water and special chemicals to remove carbon, debris, and old deposits.
2. Block and Components Refurbishment:
   • Engine block is re-honed for proper piston fit.
   • Pistons and/or piston rings are replaced.
   • Connecting rods are re-honed.
   • Crankshaft is polished.
   • New main and big-end bearings are fitted.
3. Cylinder Head Overhaul:
   • Head is fully stripped, inspected for cracks or wear, and pressure tested.
   • Valve guides are checked and replaced if needed.
   • Valve seats are re-cut, and valves are either replaced or re-faced, then vacuum tested for a perfect seal.
4. Camshaft and Timing System:
   • Camshaft is checked for wear and polished if needed.
   • A brand-new timing chain or timing belt kit is installed.
5. Seals and Gaskets Replacement:
   • All gaskets and seals are replaced, including the head gasket, bottom end set, and front/rear crankshaft seals.
6. Final Assembly and Fluids:
   • Engine is reassembled with new gaskets and seals.
   • Oil and oil filter are replaced with manufacturer-recommended products.
   • New antifreeze and brake fluid are added

 In conclusion , Your engine will run like brand new—with zero-mileage performance

Ancillaries Parts, Turbo Charger, Injectors,……..are NOT included in the price.

 Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block, Crankshaft must be in repairable / re serviceable conditioned. -All engines fitted in our own workshops Existing Engine must be in re serviceable conditioning. All external parts will be inspected by our qualified engineer.
