Supplier Notes

This is a supplied and fitted engine service, where we provide a bare replacement unit — no ancillaries are included. All existing ancillaries from your current engine will be reused during installation at our partner workshop in Birmingham. If any are damaged or non-functional, replacements will be offered at additional cost. The engine is priced at £2495.00, with delivery and professional fitting for £1000. This full-service option comes with an exclusive warranty for added confidence.

Reconditioning consists of?

• Full Engine Inspection.
•  The Engine is stripped to component level and Washed and cleansed.
•  All Parts Stripped, Tested & Cleaned
•  Piston Rings are changed
•  Connecting Rods are re-honed.
•  The main and big-end bearings are replaced.
•  The Oil Pump is reconditioned (Charges apply, it needs to be Changed)
•  The Cylinder Head is then stripped down and checked for wear, and cracks.
•  Valve guides are checked for wear and replaced as necessary, and valve seats are cut.
•  New/re-faced valves are lapped into the cylinder head and vacuum tested.
•  The Camshaft is checked for wear.
•  The Timing Chain Kit / Timing belt kit has completely changed.
•  The engine is then reassembled with new gaskets and seals.

Note: Price is based on your serviceable exchange unit, including crank, head, and block. Replacement of them will be coming on top.
