Jaguar F-Pace Prestige D Auto 2017 2.0 AJ200D diesel engine supplied with warranty. We provide supply and fit, fast UK delivery, and vehicle recovery when needed. Options include reconditioned and rebuilt units for a cost-effective and dependable replacement.
Supplier Notes
This package includes engine supply, fitting, and optional vehicle recovery. The engine comes as a bare unit, and fitting will reuse components from your current engine. Additional charges apply if any ancillaries are unusable. Charges: £5000.00 for the engine, for shipping, £ for fitting, and £800. Fitting is done at our Birmingham facility and includes an exclusive warranty.
Reconditioning consists of?
- Full Engine Inspection.
- The Engine is stripped to component level and Washed and cleansed.
- All Parts Stripped, Tested & Cleaned
- Piston Rings are changed
- Connecting Rods are re-honed.
- The main and big-end bearings are replaced.
- The Oil Pump is reconditioned (Charges apply, it needs to be Changed)
- The Cylinder Head is then stripped down and checked for wear, and cracks.
- Valve guides are checked for wear and replaced as necessary, and valve seats are cut.
- New/re-faced valves are lapped into the cylinder head and vacuum tested.
- The Camshaft is checked for wear.
- The Timing Chain Kit / Timing belt kit has completely changed.
- The engine is then reassembled with new gaskets and seals.
Note: Price is based on your serviceable exchange unit, including crank, head, and block. Replacement of them will be coming on top.
