We offer a complete supplied, fitted, and recovered service from Birmingham. Your replacement engine (bare unit only) will be installed using ancillaries from your existing engine — replacements, if needed, are charged separately. Price breakdown: engine at £2200.00, delivery , fitting at £, and £300. Warranty coverage is an exclusive, provided by the supplier.

Reconditioning consists of?

• Full Engine Inspection.
•  The Engine is stripped to component level and Washed and cleansed.
•  All Parts Stripped, Tested & Cleaned
•  Piston Rings are changed
•  Connecting Rods are re-honed.
•  The main and big-end bearings are replaced.
•  The Oil Pump is reconditioned (Charges apply, it needs to be Changed)
•  The Cylinder Head is then stripped down and checked for wear, and cracks.
•  Valve guides are checked for wear and replaced as necessary, and valve seats are cut.
•  New/re-faced valves are lapped into the cylinder head and vacuum tested.
•  The Camshaft is checked for wear.
•  The Timing Chain Kit / Timing belt kit has completely changed.
•  The engine is then reassembled with new gaskets and seals.

Note: Price is based on your serviceable exchange unit, including crank, head, and block. Replacement of them will be coming on top.
