This package includes engine supply, fitting, and optional vehicle recovery. The engine comes as a bare unit, and fitting will reuse components from your current engine. Additional charges apply if any ancillaries are unusable. Charges: £1245.00 for the engine, for shipping, £550 for fitting, and £200. Fitting is done at our Chadwell Heath facility and includes an exclusive warranty.

What does the remanufacture consist of?
1) The Engine is stripped to component level and put into a high-pressure parts cleanser at high temperature with abrasive chemicals removing all carbon deposits, debris and coking from previous failures returning the components to a “new” metal condition.
2) The Cylinder Block is Pressure Test and Or re-honed
3) Pistons and or Rings are changed
4) Connecting Rods are re-honed.
5) The Crankshaft is polished
6) The main and big-end bearings are replaced new.
7) The Cylinder Head is then stripped down and checked for wear, cracks and for trueness then pressure tested and resurfaced as necessary.
8) Valve guides are checked for wear and replaced as necessary
9) New/re-faced valves are lapped into the Cylinder-head and vacuum tested.
10) The Camshaft is checked for wear and re-polished if required.
11) Timing Chain Kit, / Timing belt kit are replaced Brand New
12) Complete New Head Gas Kit Set Replaced New
13) Complete New Bottom/Conversation Gas ket Set Replaced (NEW) Including Front and Rear Crankshaft Seal
14) The engine is then re assembled ,check oil pressure and engine compression tested ( Manually )
15) Recommended Engine Oil + Engine Oil Filter will be replaced (NEW)

-Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block, Camshafts, Cam Carrier, Crankshaft, Conrods, Oil Pump must be in repairable / re serviceable conditioned.
