Full recovery, supply, and fitting service available via our Birmingham partner. You’ll receive a bare engine replacement, with ancillaries transferred from your existing unit. Replacements (if required) are billed separately. Engine price is £2500.00, delivery is , fitting costs £, and recovery is £500. an exclusive warranty is included post-installation.
Reconditioning consists of?
- Full Engine Inspection.
- The Engine is stripped to component level and Washed and cleansed.
- All Parts Stripped, Tested & Cleaned
- Piston Rings are changed
- Connecting Rods are re-honed.
- The main and big-end bearings are replaced.
- The Oil Pump is reconditioned (Charges apply, it needs to be Changed)
- The Cylinder Head is then stripped down and checked for wear, and cracks.
- Valve guides are checked for wear and replaced as necessary, and valve seats are cut.
- New/re-faced valves are lapped into the cylinder head and vacuum tested.
- The Camshaft is checked for wear.
- The Timing Chain Kit / Timing belt kit has completely changed.
- The engine is then reassembled with new gaskets and seals.
Note: Price is based on your serviceable exchange unit, including crank, head, and block. Replacement of them will be coming on top.
