All items are sold as used and genuine with no warranty, but if you need standard warranty you can contact us. The warranty covers the part only and it doesn't cover any consequential losses, labour costs, or any fitting costs incurred. We are liable for the best price of the item only. If the part reached damaged in transit, it might be exchanged, replaced or repaired, all on our sole discretion. The parts alleged to be faulty, have to be returned to us for testing. The parts once used by the buyer won't be replaced, exchanged or refunded.
In the unlikely event the item delivered damaged in transit, please return to us within 48hours of delivery and the part would be exchanged. Items damaged in transit needs to be signed for as "damaged" with the courier and sent us back within 48hours and also contact us to discuss the details as soon as possible. If the part is delivered faulty please return it to us for a replacement, if you wish to have a full refund, there will be 20 percent operational cost chargeable on the part price, however the delivery cost will be non-refundable. If you wish to return a part or cancel a transaction, please contact us and discuss before taking any action.
