Engine Trust operates as a marketplace connecting buyers with verified engine suppliers across the UK. All return and refund requests are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the actual engine supplier.

1. Return Conditions

Returns are only processed in cases where the engine supplier has explicitly agreed to a refund or replacement under their own return policy. In such cases, Engine Trust will assist in facilitating the process.

To qualify for any return consideration:

• The engine must not have been installed or used.
• The engine must be in its original condition, with all included accessories and documentation.
• The supplier must confirm that the item is eligible for return or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

To ensure correct orders and reduce disputes, please note that the following situations do not qualify for return:

• Change of mind after ordering.
• Ordering the wrong engine or selecting an engine that is not compatible with your vehicle.
• Issues caused by mismatched engine codes, variants, or incorrect assumptions — please verify all specifications with your supplier by contacting them on our website before purchasing.

3. Return Process

If a return is approved by the supplier:

1. Contact within 7 days of delivery.
2. Await supplier approval and return instructions.
3. Ensure the engine is packaged securely and returned to the address provided.

Important:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A 25% return processing fee, calculated from the total invoice, will be deducted from any approved refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are processed only after the engine has been received, inspected, and approved by the original supplier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after confirmation.

5. Final Notes

Due to the nature of engine sales and variations in engine codes, customers are strongly advised to double-check all specifications and consult with the supplier before placing an order.

By placing an order through Engine Trust, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final unless explicitly covered under the supplier’s approved return policy.
